Yoga is not just for the young and flexible.  It's for stay-at-home moms and busy professionals, for people over the age of 40, and for those who don't have a "yoga body."  Yoga isn't necessarily for everybody - but it can be for you if you want it to be.  Yoga with Tiffany brings the time-honored tradition of yoga to people of all sizes, mindsets, and schedules.

    Winter Recipe
